Windchill PRIVACY STATEMENT

Windchill Development, LLC (“Windchill”) operates the website
takemeouttoacubsgame.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Statement applies to the Site
and governs data collection and online usage. Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to this Privacy
Statement.

policy statement applies solely to information collected by Windchill through
Site and web pages. Users will find
outside links throughout the Site that they may choose to visit. Windchill is not responsible for the privacy
statements, content, or use of user’s information by websites outside of
Windchill. Windchill encourages users to
review the privacy statements of the websites linked to from Windchill. It is the users’ responsibility to understand
how these outside websites collect, use, and share information.
Windchill is committed to protecting users’ privacy and
using technology that gives users a powerful and safe online experience. Windchill collects personally identifiable information including but
not limited to user’s e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone
number. Windchill also collects anonymous demographic information that is not
unique to users such as ZIP codes, age, gender, preferences, and interests.

many other commercial websites, Windchill may use a standard technology called

This information is used by Windchill for the operation of the service,

Windchill

If Windchill becomes aware of a breach of personally sensitive material, the effected users will be notified by Windchill.
Not Intended For
Minors
The website is intended for use only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are not 18 years of age or older, do not submit any information to or complete any transactions through the Site.
Windchill will occasionally update this privacy policy to reflect company and customer feedback. In the event that the privacy policy should change, Windchill will post the revised version on the Site with a link on the Homepage of the Site. Windchill encourages users to periodically review this policy to be informed of how Windchill is using and protecting information.
